Sessions and website analytics
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Google Analytics is enabled by default to understand page visits and traffic sources. You can turn analytics off in the cookie notice or the footer Cookie settings. Essential sign-in and form functions remain available, and previous opt-out choices are preserved.
Contact forms and email
Submitting the contact form sends your name, company, email address and message to TonyTrade. We store the enquiry to handle follow-up and send an internal email notification through Gmail. Please do not include passwords, customer records or sensitive personal information.
Accounts and Google sign-in
Email registration requires a verification code. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it, we receive your verified email, name and Google account identifier; we do not receive your Google password. Account details are used for authentication and support.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. We retain enquiry and account information while needed for support and business follow-up. We may use DeepSeek to analyse enquiry themes and content needs. Name, company and email fields are excluded, and email addresses and telephone numbers in messages are filtered before analysis. Results support internal follow-up and content planning.
51LA analytics
Unless analytics is turned off, public pages use 51LA to measure visits and interaction events. Session recording is disabled. 51LA is not loaded on sign-in, account or administration pages. These measurements help us understand website use and improve content.
Registration environment
When you create an account, we store browser type, language and regional format preferences, time zone, and available IP-based country/region estimates from a trusted network proxy for account support, language adaptation and security investigation. These settings and estimates may be inaccurate and do not establish nationality or residence. We do not request GPS location. Registration pages use a first-party cookie lasting up to 30 minutes to carry browser preferences through registration.
