Updated 15 October 2026. Scope for new engagements is agreed separately.
A retail and wholesale business was running online orders, store sales and warehouse stock in separate tools, with staff re-keying orders and reconciling stock by hand.
Product, customer and order records sat in an older accounting-led system and several channel back-ends. Stock figures differed between channels, and fulfilment depended on manual lists.
Products, customers and historical orders were mapped field by field into the new system, with a test import, a reconciliation report and a correction pass before go-live.
Orders from each channel arrive in one queue. Stock is held per warehouse and reserved when an order is placed, so channels read the same available quantity.
Picking and shipping steps update order status, so customer service can see where an order is without asking the warehouse.
Tested normal orders, cancellations, partial shipments and returns, plus user roles and data export, before the old process was retired.
